Built for a meeting table

The Veggie Platter costs $44.99 and serves approximately ten to fifteen people. It is an add-on rather than a set of individual salads. Cherry tomatoes, cucumber, broccoli and carrots are arranged for sharing, with ranch dip supplied alongside. The format lets guests take the amount they want without opening individually labelled meals.

For a short meeting, the platter can provide a crisp side beside wraps. For a longer event, it can stay separate from the hot or dressed components of the main meal. The vegetables should remain covered and cool before service. Give the restaurant the eating time as well as the requested arrival time, particularly when building access or setup will delay when guests begin.

Dietary details need two checks

The vegetable portion is made from the four listed vegetables. The standard ranch dip contains dairy, so the complete platter should not be represented as dairy-free or vegan. If a guest needs to avoid the dip, request that it remain sealed and separate, then confirm whether that arrangement can be accommodated. Serving ten to fifteen is an estimate based on group side portions. It is not the same as supplying ten to fifteen full vegetable meals. Add it to one confirmed catering order

Email the quantity, date, required time, headcount, pickup or delivery choice and any request concerning the ranch dip. Pickup is from Unit 3107 in Sunpark Plaza. For delivery, direct catering orders totalling at least $100 qualify for free delivery throughout Calgary after the address and delivery window are accepted.

Place the order by the day before for guaranteed availability. If the need is same-day, call the restaurant. Staff will try to help, but vegetable inventory, preparation workload and delivery capacity must be checked before the order is confirmed.
