Available salad recipes and ingredients

The group-salad menu is limited to these four current recipes:

• Cobb: romaine, field greens, tomato, roasted corn, avocado, egg, bacon, aged cheddar and Greek-yogurt ranch.
• Berrii Crunchii: herbed quinoa, feta, field greens, apple, strawberry, green onion, cranberries, walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette.
• Fiiesta: romaine, field greens, black beans, roasted corn, aged cheddar, avocado, crispy wonton, salsa fresca and cilantro-lime vinaigrette.
• Kale Caesar: kale, herbed quinoa, crispy chickpeas, Parmesan cheese, hemp seeds, Greek yogurt and Caesar dressing.

Choose the size before the recipe

The Regular Salad Platter serves approximately five to eight people and uses one recipe. The Large Salad Platter serves approximately ten to fifteen and can use up to two recipes. Selecting the size first gives the restaurant a reliable production quantity; selecting the recipe afterward tells the team which greens, grains, vegetables, toppings and dressing belong in that group order.

A salad platter is different from individually boxed salads. It is intended for a group to portion and share. The stated serving range assumes normal side or meeting portions. If salad is the only meal, or if the group expects larger individual portions, the organizer should discuss the headcount with Freshii Sundance before relying on the top end of the range.

Recipe details that affect a group

Cobb combines greens with egg, bacon, cheddar, avocado, corn, tomato and Greek-yogurt ranch. It contains pork and cannot be described as a halal meal. Berrii Crunchii combines greens and quinoa with fruit, feta, cranberries, walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette. Fiiesta contains black beans, corn, cheddar, avocado, crispy wontons, salsa fresca and cilantro-lime vinaigrette. Kale Caesar contains kale, quinoa, chickpeas, Parmesan, hemp seeds, Greek yogurt and Caesar dressing.

The recipe list is useful for planning, but shared preparation means gluten-friendly language is not an allergen-free promise. The restaurant also handles dairy, egg, wheat, soy, sesame, peanuts, tree nuts and meat. The organizer should email the exact recipe choice, requested protein, guest restrictions and whether dressings or components need separate handling. Staff will confirm what can be accommodated.

Adding protein and placing the order

Protein is not included in the base platter price. It is an additional $19.95 for the Regular Salad Platter or $39.90 for the Large. Chicken and steak proteins at Freshii Sundance are halal-certified. That certification applies only to those proteins, not to all ingredients or the entire shared kitchen.

Order by the day before for guaranteed availability. Same-day requests are accepted only after direct confirmation. Pickup is from the Sundance restaurant in Sunpark Plaza. Direct catering orders of at least $100 qualify for free delivery throughout Calgary once the address and delivery time are confirmed.
