Catering Wrap Platters in Calgary

Four current wrap recipes

Build-your-own and suggested wrap platters use only the four recipes currently confirmed for catering:

• Cobb: romaine, field greens, tomato, roasted corn, avocado, egg, bacon, aged cheddar and Greek-yogurt ranch.
• Berrii Crunchii: herbed quinoa, feta, field greens, apple, strawberry, green onion, cranberries, walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette.
• Fiiesta: romaine, field greens, black beans, roasted corn, aged cheddar, avocado, crispy wonton, salsa fresca and cilantro-lime vinaigrette.
• Kale Caesar: kale, herbed quinoa, crispy chickpeas, Parmesan cheese, hemp seeds, Greek yogurt and Caesar dressing.

What arrives with a wrap platter

A Regular Wrap Platter contains five full wraps. Each wrap is labelled and cut in half, producing ten halves for a group of approximately five to eight people. A Large Wrap Platter contains ten full wraps, also labelled and halved, producing twenty halves for approximately ten to fifteen people. The serving ranges are planning guides rather than guarantees: a team ordering the platter as the full lunch may need more food than a meeting that also includes fruit, vegetables and drinks.

The four catering recipes are Cobb, Berrii Crunchii, Fiiesta and Kale Caesar. They are the only recipes presented as wrap-platter choices on this page. A group can choose a suggested assortment or send an exact count for each recipe. Because every wrap is identified before it is cut, the order email should connect each recipe and protein choice to a guest or quantity. That is especially important when bacon, dairy, egg, walnuts or crispy wontons are relevant.

Protein and dietary planning

The listed platter price does not include an added protein. Protein is $19.95 for a Regular Platter and $39.90 for a Large Platter. Freshii Sundance serves halal-certified chicken and steak proteins, but certification applies only to those proteins, not to a complete wrap or the shared kitchen. Cobb includes bacon in its regular recipe and therefore must not be treated as a halal wrap. Berrii Crunchii contains walnuts and dairy; Kale Caesar contains dairy; Fiiesta includes dairy and crispy wontons.

Ingredient descriptions help a coordinator compare the recipes, but they do not create an allergen-free guarantee. The preparation line handles common allergens in a shared restaurant. Send the restaurant the headcount, the precise recipe split, the protein count, guest names where labels matter and every dietary question before the order is confirmed.

Pickup and Calgary delivery

Wrap platters can be collected from Freshii Sundance at Sunpark Plaza or included in a confirmed catering delivery. Direct catering orders of $100 or more qualify for free delivery throughout Calgary. Order by the day before for guaranteed availability. For a same-day request, call the restaurant; the team will try to accommodate it when staffing, ingredients and the requested pickup or delivery time allow.
