Kale Caesar Wrap in SE Calgary With Crispy Chickpeas

What is in the Kale Caesar Wrap?

Kale, herbed quinoa, crispy chickpeas, Parmesan, hemp seeds and Greek-yogurt Caesar dressing are wrapped in a wheat tortilla. The standard recipe contains dairy and wheat.

The Kale Caesar Wrap turns the Freshii kale Caesar recipe into a portable meal. Kale and herbed quinoa provide the main body, crispy chickpeas add crunch, and Parmesan plus Greek-yogurt Caesar dressing create the familiar savoury profile. Hemp seeds finish the filling before it is rolled in a tortilla. The wrap is assembled after ordering at the Sunpark Plaza restaurant.

The standard recipe is not vegan because it includes Parmesan and yogurt-based dressing. A customer looking for a gluten-friendly salad should review the separate salad format and current ingredient information instead of assuming the wrap can be made gluten-free.

The Kale Caesar Wrap is $13.49 and travels well for pickup, a desk lunch or a labelled group order. For catering, list each modification next to the guest’s name.

The Kale Caesar Wrap takes the salad-style combination of kale, quinoa, chickpeas, Parmesan, hemp seeds and Greek-yogurt Caesar dressing and encloses it in a tortilla. It is rolled after the order reaches the counter, which makes it practical for carrying back to an office or school. The wrap format does not remove the dairy or wheat found in the standard recipe.

When several wraps are ordered, attach each protein and removal to a person’s name before sending the list. A gluten-friendly salad variation is a separate decision and should not be confused with this tortilla wrap. Parmesan and yogurt dressing contain dairy.
