Freshii Sundance has served gluten-free and celiac guests for over a decade. The Cobb, Kale Caesar and Berrii Crunchii salads are gluten-friendly, as are all Super Smoothiis and every protein — chicken, steak, tofu, falafel, shrimp and eggs. Gluten-containing items are kept separately: tortillas sealed and stored apart, crispy wontons in their own container, and dressings packed in individual bottles. Staff change gloves and follow a set preparation process for gluten-free and celiac orders. This is still a shared kitchen and ingredients can change, so tell the team when you order and they will walk you through exactly how your meal is prepared.
Plan before ordering
Rice- and greens-based meals can make it easier to avoid obvious wheat ingredients, but a full recipe may still include a sauce, topping or add-on that contains gluten.
